Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

The Police and Crime Commissioner for South Wales have a range of Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) Systems located throughout their Estate that require on-going 24/7/365 support and maintenance by an approved NICEIC Contractor.

Emergency call outs will require the Contractor to respond and be on site within 4 hours.

Current systems will require 2 maintenance visits per annum.

In addition there may be a requirement for Installation of new systems and replacement of old systems.

Additional Information

Tenderers will have the opportunity to visit the sites of current systems on 12th June 2015.

Tenderers will be able to bring a maximum of 2 people with them and will have to report to Police HQ @ Cowbridge Road, Bridgend.

Any queries that are generated from the site visit must be asked via the E tender Wales mesenger tool.

All queries asked and answered will be broadcast via e tender for all Tenderers.
