Abstract

Swansea University is seeking to appoint supplier(s) for the provision of IT Network Equipment for the Bay Campus development. The successful supplier(s) will be appointed to supply the equipment listed within the Price Schedules. Please note that the list of equipment required within the pricing schedule is an estimate; and that the final quantities of IT Network Equipment may differ. The successful supplier(s) will also be appointed to provide any other IT Network Equipment or related equipment as necessary towards achieving the commissioning of the IT Network infrastructure for Phase 1 of the Bay Campus. The University will reserve the right to conduct separate procurements for IT Network Equipment where this is an external funding condition. Due to the implications of external funding, the supplier(s) will be required to provide the University with separate invoices for separate Bay Campus buildings. The University will also require the supplier(s) to supply equipment on a staggered basis against a rolling programme as the University will not have storage on site. This programme will be agreed with the supplier(s) at a later stage. The University will appoint the Most Economically Advantageous Tender for each Lot to supply the Goods and related Services. Tenderers may apply for one, or more, or all Lots. CPV: 32420000.
