The Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) distributes a share of funds raised by the National Lottery. Since 1994 we have awarded £7.1 billion to over 40,000 projects across the UK, ranging from major capital projects at iconic heritage sites to small education and community projects. HLF is administered by the Trustees of the National Heritage Memorial Fund (NHMF) and gives grants to support a wide range of projects involving the local, regional and national heritage of the United Kingdom. Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) invests in the cultural and natural heritage of the UK and aims to make a lasting difference for both heritage and people. This is reflected in our outcomes for heritage, people and communities which underpin all our grant-making. We plan to continue to drive forward our progressive agenda of investing in heritage that people value and broadening the range and depth of National Lottery player’s engagement with heritage. We want more people and a broader range of people to take an active part in heritage and place inclusive engagement with people and communities at the heart of HLF funding. _____________________________________________________________________
Mae Cronfa Dreftadaeth y Loteri yn dosbarthu cyfran o’r arian sy’n cael ei godi gan y Loteri Genedlaethol. Ers 1994, rydym wedi dyfarnu £7.1 biliwn i fwy na 40,000 o brosiectau ledled y DU, sy’n amrywio o brosiectau cyfalaf mawr mewn safleoedd treftadaeth eiconig i brosiectau addysg a chymunedol bach. Caiff Cronfa Dreftadaeth y Loteri ei gweinyddu gan ymddiriedolwyr Cronfa Goffa’r Dreftadaeth Genedlaethol ac mae’n rhoi grantiau i gynorthwyo amrywiaeth eang o brosiectau sy’n ymwneud â threftadaeth leol, ranbarthol a chenedlaethol y Deyrnas Unedig. Mae Cronfa Dreftadaeth y Loteri yn buddsoddi yn nhreftadaeth ddiwylliannol a naturiol y DU ac mae’n anelu at wneud gwahaniaeth parhaol i’r dreftadaeth ac i bobl. Mae hynny wedi’i adlewyrchu yn ein canlyniadau o ran treftadaeth, pobl a chymunedau, sy’n sail i’n holl waith o gyflwyno grantiau. Rydym yn bwriadu bwrw ymlaen â’n hagenda flaengar o fuddsoddi mewn treftadaeth y mae pobl yn ei gwerthfawrogi ac ehangu cwmpas a thrylwyredd ymgysylltiad chwaraewyr y Loteri â threftadaeth. Hoffem i fwy o bobl ac ystod ehangach o bobl chwarae rhan weithredol mewn treftadaeth, ac rydym yn gosod y broses o ymgysylltu â phobl a chymunedau, a’u cynnwys, wrth galon cyllid Cronfa Dreftadaeth y Loteri.
