North Wales Housing is currently developing its vision for ICT in the future through its new ICT Strategy. North Wales Housing is looking for a contractor who is committed to continuous improvement, flexible to change and who can deliver on the ICT needs of the organisation. This is a 5 year contract that can be extended for a further 3 years.

Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority’s economic and social objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations. The Community Benefits included in this contract are:
