Short description of the contract or purchase(s)
The proposed Contract consists of External Painting to 337 houses some of which have previously painted wall areas which require substantial preparation,a large number are unpainted spar dashed walls which are to be painted. There are 9 corner blocks of flats and 11no 2 storey blocks.
There is also a repair schedule briefly consisting of the following works:
- Replacement roofline in upvc – 58 houses
- Asbestos soffit removal and replacement in upvc – 110 houses
- Replace shed roofs to blocks of flats in GRP and new
upvc roofline - 4 blocks
- Replace canopy roofs in GRP – 40 houses
