Abstract

The WFEPC wish to tender for the provision of Books and Library Media for its members. Due to the recent merger of Trinity St Davids with Coleg Sir Gar, the former may also participate in the framework. This tender will consist of three Lots. Lot 1 is for Books and Library Media, it will consist of books plus all the additional services identified in Lot 1 Section 2A. Lot 2 is for electronic books and services. Lot 3 WFEPC require one platform for the Further Education in Wales which will act as a one stop shop for the Sector for their common and repetitive books. This platform which will house a popular and common ebooks. We will be looking at how we can improve sustainability regarding the products we purchase together with ways on how tenderers address sustainability within their services. Please note that the weighting shown in this notice will be applied to each of the Lots. In addition, we will be asking tenderer what community benefits they are able to offer the FE Sector.
