The safe removal, transportation, receipt and reuse/recycling/treatment and disposal of mattresses in accordance with legislation, being domestic (UK), European and International, the terms of relevant waste management licences and environmental permits and to achieve certification standard for recycled material of [80]% by tonnage of the waste collected/delivered.
The Provider shall at all times ensure when providing the Services that it will collect, transport and process material, and dispose of the treated material in accordance with the Specification and the relevant Contracting Body’s reasonable instructions.
As part of the quality control, accreditation and environment agency waste return requirements of each of the Contracting Bodies, the Provider must at all times maintain in force a valid and up to date; (1) Environmental Agency waste carriers license, (2) Environmental Agency waste management license, (3) ISO / BSI environmental / quality standard accreditation.
