In addition, the agreement will be available for use by All Schools and Town and Community Councils, Voluntary Sector Organisations including WCVA, BBC, Welsh National Parks and Housing Associations, within the City and County Boundaries of Wales. Short description of nature and quantity or supplies or servicesThe National Procurement Service on behalf of the Welsh Public Sector wishes to establish a suite of collaborative framework agreements for the supply of Corporate Training and Services. Key areas are likely to include but are not limited to:
Phase 1 - Corporate Training, Learning & Development - Administration and booking services
Phase 2 - Corporate Training, Learning & Development - Core Trainers, Training services and Management modules
Phase 3 - Corporate Training, Learning & Development - Leadership Training and Specialist Bespoke Training services
- Welsh Language Training, accredited and non accredited
and
- Digital Learning e-platforms software

Additional information
The commitment to deliver ‘community benefit’ outcomes from our procurement activity is designed to ensure that wider social and economic issues are taken into account when spending public money. The intention is to achieve the very best value for money in the widest sense. Consequently Community Benefits clauses will be considered as part of the proposed procurement as Core or non-Core or a combination of both to address socio-economic and / or environmental issues.
Further information will be provided once an OJEU notice is placed.

This notice is for a suite of frameworks for the delivery of Corporate Training and Learning & Development Services.
There is a phased approach covering the following specific opportunities:
Phase 1 - Corporate Training, Learning & Development - Administration and Booking Services - Award planned - September 2016
Phase 2 - Corporate Training, Learning & Development - Core Trainers and Management Modules - Phased category Awards Planned, for various Lots - September to November 2016
Phase 3 - Corporate Training, Learning & Development - Leadership Training and Specialist Bespoke requirements Training services - Award Planned April 2017
The National Procurement Service is also currently scoping on the potential following two Training agreements:
