This arrangement will be a joint arrangement, with Caerphilly acting as the Lead Authority. Due to the geographical area of this arrangement, the tender will be divided into 4 lots as detailed below.
· Lot 1 – Provision of Skips Up to 16 Cubic Yard Caerphilly CBC
· Lot 2 - Provision of Skips Up to 16 Cubic Yard Cardiff Council
· Lot 3 – Recycling Provision Caerphilly CBC
· Lot 4 – Recycling Provision Cardiff Council
