Description:

Wrexham County Borough Council has run a mini-competition exercise through Lot B of its Framework for the Installation and Maintenance of Electrical Systems (Domestic and Non-domestic), reference HBS 1124 / PROC-20-86. Through this exercise two Contractors were successful and will be allocated up to 180 properties each to rewire. The works in each property will vary depending on property type and department requirements. The scope of work may consist of: • Reactive and responsive maintenance for domestic & non-domestic properties • Full domestic installations (e.g. Rewires, Electric Heating Installs)
