Description:

The Access Infrastructure operation is a key part of the Pembroke Dock Marine Project and will specifically include: 1) A new supersize access slipway, and 2) A new workboat berthing facility. The Port now intends to appoint a specialist Marine Consultancy team with a single point of responsibility, for the detailed design services and construction contract supervision under the terms of an NEC3 Contract agreement. The Lead Consultant will be responsible for the technical delivery of the project from inception through to site delivery. Services expected will include: - Lead consultant - Marine Civil Engineering Design - Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (M&E) - Principal Designer - Site Supervisor Consultants responding to the PQQ will be expected to demonstrate proven experience in the design and supervision sector for major Marine Engineering projects.
