Kelray Building Maintenance Ltd is a company based in Merthyr Tydfil that offers building and construction services across Wales and the south west.
With 30 years of experience within the industry Managing Director, Carl Raynes worked as a sole trader before trading as a limited company since 2004. The company provide services in building maintenance, construction services, property management and hygienic environment. We specialise in factory refurbishment and industrial flooring.
Kelray’s success has developed over the years and we pride ourselves on our strong, on-going relationships with high profile clients and our growing reputation. Kelray proudly received a Business Development Award back in 2005 for developing ‘Customer Service, Business Efficiency and Staff Training’ and have since been invited to 10 Downing Street as recognition of our work within the industry.
Kelray have been working with Sell2Wales for a number of years and have benefited from being involved with the site. We have been to a number of meetings and are regularly updated with information about what jobs are applicable to our line of work. We have gained a number of contracts due to our involvement with Sell2Wales, the most valuable being a one year contract with Torfaen Council back in 2011. The contract included carrying out work to houses for homeless people within their local community. The work consisted of void property refurbishments and reactive planned maintenance whereby we employed extra staff to complete the work. We thoroughly enjoyed working on the project and helping out the local community.
By registering with Sell2Wales it has made it easier for us to identify potential projects within our sector and gives us the opportunity to sell our company effectively to customers.
